Information regarding the processing of personal data

The administrator of your personal data as part of the recruitment process is Genesis Pharm M. Matejczyk, C. Stańczak, J. Zwoliński sp.j., based in Łódź at ul. Obywatelska 128/152.

The three main types of data we collect are: contact details, career history and previous employment, and qualifications/skills. Only authorized Genesis Pharm employees have access to your data.

Providing your personal data to the extent resulting from Art. 22 § 1 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data by you is voluntary, their processing is based on your consent.

If you are unemployed, your data will be processed during the recruitment process and 9 months after its completion.

You have the right to:

1. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
2. the right to rectify (correct) your personal data;
3. the right to restrict the processing of personal data;
4. the right to delete personal data;
5. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00 – 193 Warsaw);

You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, which, however, does not affect the validity of activities performed on the basis of consent in the period between its granting and withdrawal.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union and will not be used in automatic profiling processes.
