1. This Privacy Policy specifies, pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the rules for the processing and protection of personal data obtained via the website www.genesispharm.pl.

2. The owner of the website www.genesispharm.pl and the controller of personal data is Genesis Pharm Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Obywatelska 128/152, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000854684.

3. To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent data from being made available to unauthorized persons. We control their implementation and check their compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

4. Personal data is processed on the basis of the Customer’s freely and consciously expressed consent in order to perform the contract.

5. Personal data is collected through forms in which the Customer provides the following data:
   • name and surname or company name of the entrepreneur,
   • e-mail adress,
   • address details: postal code, town, street with house/apartment number.

6. Genesis Pharm collects information voluntarily and consciously provided by the Customer.

7. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the contract and will be made available to other entities only to the extent and within the time period necessary to perform the contract.

8. Customers’ personal data may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
   • carriers / forwarders / courier companies,
   • service providers supplying the Administrator with technical, IT and organizational solutions enabling the Administrator to conduct business activities (in particular the hosting provider who maintains our website on its servers, e-mail providers and suppliers of software for managing the company and providing technical assistance to the Administrator),
   • providers of accounting, legal and advisory services providing the Administrator with accounting, legal or advisory support.

9. Personal data entered in the form will not be sold to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

The data is processed, made available and stored for the period necessary to perform the contract concluded with the Customer, and after that for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims related to it, or until the Customer withdraws consent to the processing of personal data or raises an objection.

11. In connection with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Customer is entitled at any time to:
    • access to your personal data processed by the administrator,
    • request the correction of incorrect personal data concerning him/her,
    • withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data,
    • object to the processing of personal data,
    • request the deletion or limitation of the processing of personal data, in cases provided for by law.

12. We reserve the right to change Genesis Pharm’s privacy policy, which may be influenced by the development of Internet technology and possible changes in the law regarding the protection of personal data. We will inform you about any changes visibly.
